Debra L. Cramer, Office & Business Manager Debra is our Office and Business Manager
handling the day to day operations making sure your experience at Metz Legal
Services PC is as comfortable, pleasant and stress free as possible. You can also be confident she will make sure
all your information is kept confidential and handled with the utmost
professionalism.
Debra works closely with Attorney Michael Metz in handling the cases. If you are in need of an update on your case or you have billing questions, she will be glad to speak with you. Whether you need a will, durable power of attorney, living will, health care power of attorney or HIPPA waiver, Debra will assist you. If you unable to come to the office, Debra will come to your home or to a medical facility if necessary. If you have lost a loved one, Debra will help you with all aspects of an estate. Starting a business? Debra will assist you through the entire process, from choosing a company name and helping you decide whether a limited liability company or a corporation is right for you, to preparing the minute book for your new company, registering the entity and obtaining an employer identification number (EIN). |

Ashley K. Wine, Legal Assistant Ashley Wine is our part-time Legal Assistant at Metz Legal Services PC. In May 2015 Ashley received her B.A. in Criminal Justice from the Indiana University of South Bend. Miss Wine is the first person you may meet when you inquire about legal assistance at Metz Legal Services PC, and will help you determine if our services are right for you. Sometimes when Mr. Metz is unable to meet with you in person Miss Wine is trained to communicate his legal advice clearly to you so that effective counsel can always be obtained even if your schedule does not allow for a face to face consultation with Mr. Metz.
